A Length

Position the start of the tape measure at the top of the garment next to the collar (at the high point shoulder) and extend it down to the item's bottom.

B Width

Position the tape measure at one side of the chest and extend it horizontally to the opposite side.

C Sleeve length

Start measuring from the back center of the collar, move along the sleeve's top seam up to the shoulder, secure the tape here, and continue along the sleeve until you reach its end.
