Living with schizoaffective disorder has taught me something really important – we all need support, and sometimes that support can be hard to find. I've been there, feeling lost and misunderstood, wondering if anyone else gets it. That's actually why I started this shop. But I wanted it to be more than just another business talking about mental health.

10% of everything I make is donated to mental health and suicide prevention organizations. They’re out there doing the real work – answering those late-night crisis calls, providing therapy to people who can't afford it, and showing up for people when they need it most.

When you buy something here, you're not just getting a product – you're helping someone pick up the phone and hear a caring voice on the other end. You're helping someone get the therapy they've been putting off because of money. Every purchase ripples out and touches someone's life in ways we might never see, but matter so deeply.

At checkout, you can choose which organization receives your contribution or the 10% will be split and received by each of the mentioned organizations.

The organizations that receive the donations include The South African Federation for Mental Health, South African Depression and Anxiety Group, Mental Health America and The Trevor Project.
